We are pleased to share with you the project of one of the four studios located on Grange Road SE1.

The client set us the task of converting 2 two-bedroom apartments into four studios. Each studio should have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with the aim to rent them as a serviced accommodation.

This was quite a challenge given the original layout.

We managed to divide the space of the apartment into two studios so that each have enough daylight. This is a very important criterion for a comfortable living.

We placed the kitchen and sleeping area along the common wall, thus saving the rest of the space from being overloaded, since each of the studio is less than 30 square meters. We have designed an air conditioning and ventilation system as it play a key role for such small space.
